We begin by getting to know you. After your initial inquiry, we invite you to complete a brief questionnaire and join us for a discovery call—30 minutes or 1 hour depending on the service requested. This call is available in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin to help us understand your travel goals, interests, and preferences.
We’ll discuss:
✔ Your travel dates, trip duration, and accommodation (if already booked)
✔ Interests (art, food, fashion, history, design, etc.)
✔ Preferred travel pace and walking tolerance
✔ Budget parameters
✔ Any special considerations (children, elderly, accessibility, dietary needs)
2. Defining the Journey: Proposal, Scope of Service & Confirmation 🎯
Based on what you’ve shared, we’ll provide a personalised proposal outlining the services best suited to your needs — whether that’s a fully bespoke itinerary, business concierge support, immersive experiences, or a curated combination.
You’ll receive:

At this stage, you’ll be invited to proceed with payment to confirm your booking.

3. Tailored Planning Begins 📝
Once confirmed, we begin crafting your experience. Depending on the services you’ve chosen, this may include:

A day-by-day plan with suggested timings, travel routes, dining recommendations, and handpicked selected cultural experiences based on your style, budget, and comfort. You will receive a personalised toolkit before your arrival — including maps, local insights, curated recommendations, and walking routes designed for independent exploration.

On-demand practical assistance while you’re in Paris – foreseeing your business needs in depth, and defining scope of our support during your stay.
◆ Experiences & Guided Walks
If you’re joining one of our walking tours or curated activities, you’ll receive full details in advance, including timing, meeting points, and what to expect.
◆ Paris Launchpad
If you’ve opted for the launchpad, we will start scouting for you and compile local insights, recommendations, and practical information into a toolkit – share with you before your arrival.
Throughout the planning process, we welcome any questions, open communication and offer reasonable revisions to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
4. Final Touches: Pre-Trip Briefing & Delivery 🌟
Before your trip, you’ll receive your final itinerary or service pack, — neatly formatted and easy to use. What you’ll receive:

➢ Booking confirmations (where applicable)
➢ Local tips, etiquette notes, and helpful phrases

5. Ongoing Support While You Travel
If you’d like additional reassurance during your stay, we offer on-the-ground support as an optional service, available to all clients. We remain available throughout your stay to provide real-time support, recommendations, and assistance via WhatsApp, Line, phone, or Email. We’re here to make sure everything runs smoothly — whether it’s a sudden change in plans, a need for reservations, or simply a question about someone you encountered.
This includes:
✦ Real-time messaging support for urgent needs or last-minute changes
✦ Practical assistance such as rescheduling, translation, or local recommendations
✦ Pre-arranged check-ins or availability during specific days of your trip
