What services do you offer ?
We specialise in bespoke and authentic travel experiences in Paris and throughout France. Our services are designed for travellers who want to go beyond the typical tourist path. We offer fully customised itineraries, business concierge services, guided walks, and on-the-ground support.

What is a “bespoke itinerary” ?
A bespoke itinerary is a travel plan designed exclusively for you. Unlike pre-packaged tours, we craft every detail from scratch based on your unique interests, pace, budget, and travel style. This ensures your trip is a seamless, personal journey that reflects your vision.
Are the prices per person?
Our bespoke itinerary planning fee is for the entire travel group, not per person. This fee includes a single, comprehensive itinerary for your travel party. However, depending on the plan selected, prices for add-on services like guided walks or on-the-ground support may be priced per person or per day, as specified in your proposal.
What is included in the Itinerary Creation packages
Our packages include detailed itinerary with options of public transport, reservation to restaurants, bookings to workshops and activities. Upon request we could arrange private transportation (car rental). Depending on the itinerary package, clients also receive on-the-ground accompaniment, or assistance by text messaging in case of last minute changes.
How is your service different from using a travel app or an online search?
Online tools and apps are great for general information, but they can’t offer genuine, lived expertise. We provide a personal touch and insider knowledge that only a local can. Our recommendations are hand-picked and vetted—not sponsored—so you can be confident you’re getting authentic, quality experiences that truly reflect Paris beyond the obvious. We also provide real-time support and problem-solving, something a website cannot.
How do you choose which restaurants, shops, and accommodations to recommend?
Our choices are based entirely on your preferences and our genuine, firsthand experience—not on commissions. We do not accept payment for endorsements. Our recommendations for restaurants often privilege establishments that use local, seasonal ingredients and adhere to ethical practices around animal welfare whenever possible. Similarly, for shops and boutiques, we favour local, niche businesses that offer unique and high-quality experiences over larger chains.
We don’t get discounts or commissions from these local businesses, which means our only goal is your satisfaction. Our focus is on providing you with genuine, authentic recommendations that will make your trip unforgettable.
Do you book flights and hotels /accommodations?
No, we focus on the destination experience. While we do not book flights or hotels, we can provide recommendations for accommodation that aligns with your itinerary and preferences. Our expertise lies in optimising your time and providing curated experiences once you arrive.
Do the prices include meals and transportation?
Clients are responsable for their own spending and consumption, the prices do not include any meals, transportation, entrance fee or tax. We do not charge clients for your own meals and transportation, however clients won’t have to pay on our behalf.
Can you pick us up from the airport?
Unfortunately no, however there are options to either take a taxi from the airport, or use car-hiring apps.
We could also arrange a car for your airport transfer.
What is the scope of on-the-ground support? What is it not?
Our on-the-ground support is designed to be a professional travel companion, not a personal assistant or caretaker. Our role is to facilitate your navigation of the city, assist with communication, and provide discreet, real-time problem-solving to ensure a smoother travel experience.
To be clear, this service does not include:
– Childcare, medical assistance, or any personal care services.
– The ability for our guide to make payments on your behalf for shopping or other personal expenses.
– Acting as a substitute for the company of your family or friends.
Our focus is entirely on enhancing your travel experience with expert local knowledge and practical assistance.
How do you handle last-minute requests or changes?
We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt and provide solutions. For clients with our on-the-ground support service, we are well-equipped to manage last-minute changes, such as unexpected closures or sudden itinerary shifts. We are committed to providing you with alternative options promptly to ensure your trip remains enjoyable.

What’s the difference between a Guided Walk, Thematic Stroll, and a Private Tailored Tour?
We offer a range of walking experiences to suit different interests and preferences. Here’s a brief overview of our three options:
Guided Walk: Our guided walks are pre-planned, small-group tours that follow a set route to explore a specific neighbourhood or historical site. They are ideal for first-time visitors who want a comprehensive overview and the chance to meet other travellers.
Thematic Stroll: Our thematic strolls are curated around a particular interest or topic, such as Parisian food, fashion, or art history. They offer a deeper dive into a subject and are perfect for clients who have a specific passion they wish to explore. These are also conducted in small groups.
Private Tailored Tour: A private tailored tour is an experience designed exclusively for you and your party, to it is you who provide the itinerary and we provide on the ground accompaniment and guidance. It offers the ultimate in flexibility. We will work with you to create a completely unique route, focusing on your specific interests and pace. This option is ideal for those who want a truly personalised experience.
How is the pricing structured for your guided walks and How is the pricing structured for your themed strolls and guided walks??
The pricing for our themed strolls and guided walks is based on your group size, not per individual. This simple, transparent approach ensures you know the total cost upfront. We have a tiered structure to accommodate groups of up to six people, children are included in the total group count, with pricing for:
– Groups of 1-2 people
– Groups of 3-4 people
– Groups of 5-6 people
Do you do guided-tours with a car?
We believe the most authentic and immersive way to experience Paris is on foot, allowing you to discover its hidden charm, local neighbourhoods, and intricate details. For this reason, our thematic strolls and guided walks are designed as walking experiences, with plenty of opportunities for photo-taking. For mobility or other reasons, if the client wish, at the client request and expenses, we could of course take a taxi on an ad hoc basis.
Will I be grouped with other people?
The guided tours are organised 100% privately for your, only members of your travelling group would be present.

What is the Remote Property Viewing service?
This service is designed for clients who have already identified a potential property but cannot be in Paris for a physical visit. We act as your trusted local representative, visiting the property on your behalf to provide a neutral, detailed, and objective perspective. We’ll document the space, and, network permitting, provide a live, real-time video call to walk you through the property and answer your questions.
How is this different from a real estate agent?
We are not a substitute for a real estate agent. We do not source properties, negotiate on your behalf, or handle any legal aspects of the transaction. Our role is strictly to provide an independent, on-the-ground assessment of a property you have already selected. Our service provides peace of mind and clarity, allowing you to make a more informed decision remotely.
What kind of information do you provide during a viewing?
We focus on providing a thorough and honest report of the property’s condition and features. This includes:
– A detailed walkthrough of the property, and of each room.
– An assessment of natural light, noise levels, and neighbourhood ambience.
– A check for any visible or functional issues
– The opportunity for you to ask questions and direct the camera during a live video call.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a clear idea of your travel dates.
For Bespoke Itinerary Creation, please book at least 8 weeks ahead of your travel dates. This allows us ample time to craft a truly customised and seamless plan for you, and to secure reservations for popular restaurants, tours, and experiences.
For Experiences & Guided Walks, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance, though this is subject to our availability.
For Business Concierge and Project-Based Services, we can often accommodate urgent requests. However, for the best possible cooperation, please get in touch as soon as your needs are confirmed.

We are based in the heart of Paris, on the Left Bank. While our primary focus is on providing services within Paris and the surrounding Île-de-France region, our itinerary creation services also extend to other parts of France, including the charming regions of Alsace, Giverny, and the Loire Valley.

What is your multilingual capability for business services?
