Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that even the best-laid plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair, clear, and transparent, ensuring you feel confident and secure in your booking.

1. Bespoke Itinerary Creation
We dedicate significant time and personalised effort to crafting each bespoke itinerary.
Refunds: If you need to cancel and no work has been started, a refund of 80% of the amount paid is possible. Once the planning process has begun, the fee becomes non-refundable to account for the hours already invested.
Postponements: We are happy to postpone the creation of your itinerary for a later date, and we can also arrange on-the-ground accompaniment, subject to availability.
Third-Party Costs: Please note that once tickets, reservations, or other activities have been purchased on your behalf, these costs are non-refundable. Our policy does not cover the cancellation fees of third-party vendors.

2. Experiences
For our pre-booked experiences, we offer a flexible approach to cancellations and rescheduling.
Refunds: In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure (circumstances beyond our control), a full refund is possible, less any transaction fees incurred by the payment provider.
Postponements: Alternatively, you may postpone your experience for a new date within 1 year of your original booking, subject to availability.

3. Business Concierge & Project-Based Services
We recognise the fast-paced nature of professional work. For our business concierge services:
Refunds: A 80% refund can be issued if a cancellation is made before any work has commenced. Once our team has started work on your project, the fee becomes non-refundable.
Optimal Cooperation: To ensure we can provide the best possible service, we ask that you inform us of any changes to your project as soon as possible.

Important Notes

How to Cancel or Postpone: All cancellation or postponement requests must be submitted to us in writing via email. This ensures that we have a clear record of your request and can process it as efficiently as possible.
Refund Method: All refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your provided IBAN. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to be completed.
Our policy covers our professional service fees. It does not cover any non-refundable costs incurred with third-party vendors (e.g., tickets, reservations, or venue fees) that we have booked on your behalf. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
